Q. Is Your Company licensed and
fully insured?
A. Yes, We are fully licensed by the west wilts district council.
All our vehicles are also insured.
Q. Are your prices per car or per
person?
A. Our prices are per car, the price you see is the price
you pay. However this price is based on passengers being ready
at the booked time and all journeys being directly to and
from the Airport. (Any diversions or extra pickups requested
will include a surcharge).
Q. How early do I need to book my
car?
A. The earlier the better. We are currently taking bookings
up to 6 months in advance.
Q. Can I make a booking on line?
A. Yes, Just fill in our Online booking form and we will confirm
your booking with in 24hrs.
Q. Can I make a booking on the phone?
A. Yes you can make a booking on the phone. Our office telephone
number is 01225 764141 and our office hours are 9am to 9pm
Monday to Saturday and 10am to 6pm on Sundays. This is often
the best method if you are making a late booking.
Q. Will you meet us anytime of day
or night?
A. Yes as all bookings are per booked we can provide a 24hr
service.
Q. Can I smoke in the car?
A. No. airport specialist’s cars operate a strict non
smoking policy in all their vehicles.
Q. Do we need to tip the driver?
A. Tipping is not essential, however a tip is offered as good
appreciation for good service in the UK.
Q. Where do I meet the driver?
A. The driver will meet you in the arrivals hall at the airport.
He will be holding a board with your name and flight details
on. If you are unable to locate your driver please telephone
our office on 01225 764141. If you are arriving outside these
hours you will be given our out of hour’s emergency
number 07977 173598 ( please note we do not take bookings
or enquirys on this number)
Q. What if the flight is early or
delayed?
A. We will be monitoring your flight on the day of arrival.
Our driver will enter the airport 20mins after the flight
has landed. (Unless you have made prior arrangements with
us).
Q. What happens if there are traffic
problems going to the airport?
A. Airport specialist’s cars will not accept any responsibility
for missed flights due to traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns
or any unforeseen circumstances. Please allow enough time
for your journey.
Q. Can you guarantee your driver
will be at the airport on time?
A. Our drivers will make every effort to arrive on time. However
it is very difficult to predict the traffic or other situations
which are out of our control. These instances are very rare,
99% of the time we will meet you in the arrivals hall on time.
Q. Do you ever use outside contractors?
A. Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances we may have
to use other company’s to cover bookings but this is
extremely rare.
Baggage
Customers baggage carried in our vehicles
in entirely at the customers own risk. Airport Specialist’s
Cars do not except any liability for loss or damage to any
baggage, goods or contents in our vehicles.
