Just a note to let you know how pleased I am with Airport specialists cars, I booked a car to pick me up from Heathrow unfortunately my flight was over two hours late I was very worried there was going to be no one to meet me. I received written confirmation the following morning and on the day of travel the driver arrived 5 minutes early (even though it was very early) and was extremely polite and courteous.
